We are using our own OKTA for Single Sign On with Clarity SaaS
This user is unable to login into CA PPM(15.8.1). And getting error 400 and password expired message.

Request and OKTA administrator in your organization to reset the user's password in your organization's OKTA.
Note - If a user does not reset their password every 45 or 60 days or so, the password on the account will be expired.
