Issue/Introduction

When the CHK_TERM_RUNTIME is reached, kill job fails with the following error message:

<Job <jobname> is missing runtime information required for the KILLJOB operation.>     

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6 SP8 + Oracle database

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

This is registered as a Known Problem PROB #:  4806 with the following description:

PROBLEM SYMPTOM: KILLJOB FAILS WITH JOBRUN INFO NOT AVAILABLE 

                 

This known problem is fixed by SO10735 for 11.3.6 SP8 with Oracle available under:
