For advanced troubleshooting debug logging is available. 

Environment

Release : 9.2.0

Component : UIM - UMP_REPORTSCHEDULER

Resolution

For debug logging 
deactivate wasp 
remote into the ump server 
go to $\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\reportscheduler\WEB-INF\classes 
make a backup copy of log4j.properties 
edit log4j.properties 
change the first line from 'log4j.rootCategory=WARN, CONSOLE, FILE' 
to 'log4j.rootCategory=DEBUG, CONSOLE, FILE' 
and log4j.appender.FILE.MaxFileSize=1MB
to log4j.appender.FILE.MaxFileSize=40MB
and log4j.appender.FILE.MaxBackupIndex=1
to log4j.appender.FILE.MaxBackupIndex=5
save
edit logging.properties 
change 'debug.com.sun.portal.level=WARNING' 
to 'debug.com.sun.portal.level=DEBUG' 
activate wasp

reproduce the problem
provide a copy of the logs:
$\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\scheduler.log.* 
deactivate wasp
replace the original copies of log4j.properties and logging.properties
activate wasp
