Error while updating CMS documents and uploading files in Classic API portal

Issue/Introduction

We are encountering errors while trying to update documentation and uploading documents under repository/xxxxx folder.

[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.
07/13 15:31:45.983 ERROR (http-nio-37080-exec-12:) - [general] -- MetaInfo.setupForInternalRead Failed - invalid XML

 

Environment

Release : 3.5

Component : API PORTAL

Resolution

Verify if there is enough free space on the filesystem storing the documents. 

# cd/opt/Deployments/lrs/repository/META/HEAD/resources/xxx/xxxxxxxxx

Verify if there is no tmp files with 0 bytes in size , if so delete the file like    xxxxxxxxxxx__tmp
