An error such as the following could come up when trying to login to Clarity PPM through SSO.
Error: "An Invalid Organization Identifier was passed in this request"
On Demand Portal
This indicates that there is a mismatch between the configuration settings (such as URL, certificate etc.) being sent by the SSO authority, and that which is trusted by the On Demand Portal. Check for the settings being sent to the Portal from your organization's side (on all relevant nodes, if it is a multi-node setup). If the issue persists, contact Support to work with SaaS Operations on identifying the exact cause.
