Issue/Introduction

After OS patching, all services come online but we are unable to login to the GUI.

Cause

MySql's CPU Utilization was in excess of 100%, upon further investigation, this was due to MySql attempting to recover tables:

Resolution

Leave the caperfcenter_sso, caperfcenter_eventmanager, caperfcenter_devicemanager, and caperfcenter_console processes offline until MySql finishes its automatic recovery and the CPU Utilization stabilizes out.
