Issue/Introduction

How to change the password for the ITPAM/Spectrum Integration after the ITPAM password has been changed. 

Cause

Due to a security breach the password on the ITPAM server was changed and needed to be changed in the AlarmNotifier/ITPAM itpam_conifg_spectrum.properties file. 

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Run the ConfigSpectrumITPAM.sh or ConfigSpectrumITPAM.bat script and change the password in the ConfigSpectrumITPAM utility. Click on the "Test" button after changing the password to make sure the test is successful and then click on the "Apply" button to save the changes. Exit the utility after saving the changes. This will create a new itpam_conifg_spectrum.properties file after applying the changes.
