Customer noticed that "One of the Cisco device in their environment has a bug, that if spectrum polling .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1 may have the device crash".
CA_Spectrum - 10.3.x
OS - Windows/Linux
Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER
- The OID in the case is actually the entire ifXTable. We use the information in that table in many different parts of Spectrum.
There is no way we can tell Spectrum to not poll any attribute in that table. It would take a major code change.
In-order to fix this issue, customers have to get a fix from Cisco vendor.
