TDM: My Reservations Screen , All Projects doesn't work with reservations outside the current project

Issue/Introduction

The my reservation screen with all projects  checked off will still allow drill down from the GUI to the reservation detail of the current project, but other reservations fail with object not found. The chosen reservations project/version is shown on each line. The functionality should be fixed to take not the current context, but the individual reservation context so the error doesn't occur..

Resolution

TDM Portal patch all fixes are cumulative.
