Client Automation - After installing Web Console on Windows Server 2019 Inventory tab is not shown on Agents

Issue/Introduction

After installing Web Console, the login is possible and also the navigation, but looking into Inventory tab for any Agent, the following error it's seen:

Cause

Reviewing logs, the following can be seen:

- wac_log.log:

DEBUG RequestProcessor.process(131)  - Processing a 'GET' for path '/computerInventory'
DEBUG RequestProcessor.processActionCreate(305)  -  Looking for Action instance for class com.ca.wac.actions.ComputerInventoryAction
DEBUG RequestProcessor.processActionCreate(322)  -   Creating new Action instance
ERROR ComputerInventoryAction.execute(98)  - Exception @
java.lang.NullPointerException

- updateConfig.log:

ERROR UpdateWACConfig.updateAMSProperties(416)  - error at updating AMSProperties file Exception....
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Web Console\webapps\wac\..\AMS\WEB-INF\classes\AMS.properties (The system cannot find the path specified)

The problem is caused by a known issue with Client Automation 14 SP3 and Windows Server 2019 where AMS can't be installed.
