Client Automation - After installing Web Console on Windows Server 2019 Inventory tab is not shown on Agents

After installing Web Console, the login is possible and also the navigation, but looking into Inventory tab for any Agent, the following error it's seen:


Reviewing logs, the following can be seen:

- wac_log.log:

DEBUG RequestProcessor.process(131)  - Processing a 'GET' for path '/computerInventory'
DEBUG RequestProcessor.processActionCreate(305)  -  Looking for Action instance for class
DEBUG RequestProcessor.processActionCreate(322)  -   Creating new Action instance
ERROR ComputerInventoryAction.execute(98)  - Exception @

- updateConfig.log:

ERROR UpdateWACConfig.updateAMSProperties(416)  - error at updating AMSProperties file Exception.... C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Web Console\webapps\wac\..\AMS\WEB-INF\classes\ (The system cannot find the path specified)

The problem is caused by a known issue with Client Automation 14 SP3 and Windows Server 2019 where AMS can't be installed.
