Are the IP addresses associated with monitoring stations static and dedicated to monitoring from ASM? We are talking about the IP's mentioned here: https://asm.saas.broadcom.com/en/products/monitoring-stations
Can we be sure that traffic from that IP address is exclusively from ASM monitoring server. The reason we want to know is that we want to check websites that use whitelists. If ASM monitoring servers are among may using a proxy or some other form of address translation, We would run the risk that people using the same address would be able to access such a restricted website as well. This is also the reason we don’t want to use all ASM monitoring servers. (a) our whitelist would be way to big and (b) if ASM add monitoring servers, they wouldn’t be on that list and fail.

Yes, these IP addresses are used by the ASM monitoring stations to monitor the target website/pages/scripts.
These are mostly static and dedicated IP addresses, but from time to time we upgrade ASM monitoring stations that could affect IP addresses (may change).
There could be issue(s) caused by the target website/pages/scripts, if the target website/pages/scripts are using an IP whitelist, and are blocking IP addresses of the ASM monitoring stations IPs.
Therefore, customers need to check if the monitoring stations IPs have been whitelisted at customers side to allow the access to monitor the target website/pages/scripts.
Login to ASM and check the following page for monitoring stations IPs:
