When we try to download below list of binaries from broadcom site, it's just empty .zip are downloading, Can you please check if this a problem with my account/browser ??
I tried on both chrome and IE browsers and ended up with same place (only empty folder downloading).

Unfortunately we, broadcom support fro siteminder, do not support the support portal website.
Can you go to:
https://support.broadcom.com/enterprise-software
And then at the bottom of the page, look for "Customer Care Request Form". Click on this and log a case with the "Request type" of "Support Portal Issues".
This should be directed to the correct team for help.
