Issue/Introduction

DCMSRVR task abends with a S0C4-10 in LMOD FEYDSINT CSECT FEYDSINT +000428.

Cause

The cause of the abends0c4 was manually starting the DCMSRVR instead of having the DCMMAIN task spawn the start of the DCMSRVR task.  Also, when the DCMSRVR task was manually started there was no FTP policy to process (due to the customer experiencing firewall problems). 

Resolution

Do not manually start the DCMSRVR task, but instead have the DCMMAIN task spawn it.
