we have a customer who says that they updated the IOS on their routers
but CAPC is still discovering devices and shows old IOS version

IOS not updated 
Device Model not updated 
System Contact not updated 
Device Type not updated
Location not updated 
Vendor not updated 
DEvice Description not updated

Resolution

You will need to run a profile rediscovery or use the rediscover button on the details page in Monitored Devices.
