Issue/Introduction

This article intends to explain how you can automate your reports under APP Synthetic Monitor.

Environment

APP Synthetic Monitor SaaS

Resolution

1) Login to ASM with your Reseller account.

2) Click in "Reports & Alerts" and then "Custom Reports"

3) Click in "Add" button at the top in order to create a new report:

4) Give a name to your report, by clicking in a pencil as below you can manage your report to add what monitor you want to receive:

5) Again inside "Custom Reports", find the report that you have just created, click on the arrow beside the report name.

6) Now you will select a mail receipt that will receive the report and the period that you want to see.
Eg: If you select "daily", you will receive a report regarding the last day.
