Issue/Introduction

Hello

If Kerberos and a password exit is configured as login method, the Kerberos login fails.

The error below appears :

20200626/151850.363 - LGT00001 XUC4PASS_Execute called with 210, "XXXX", "XXXX", "AEB76670C3E3D915XXXXXXXXXXXXX0ED21CB1DA", 'E', "XXXXXXX", 'A', 256, 0x111xxxx40
20200626/151850.363 - LGT00002 XUC4PASS_Execute Password "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" not found in LGT LDAP directory
20200626/151850.368 - U00003234 Logon error: Access denied. (Connection='*CP002#00000001', host = 'xxxxxxxxxx')

Cause

On design : you can't use a password exit with Kerberos.

When using kerberos, there is no password stored in the AE, only a kerberos token is generated during each login through the AWI.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Deactivate the PASSWORD_EXIT or ignore the password in the XUC4PASS_Execute function call.
