Cannot Download installation package for CA File Master for IMS 12.0

Issue/Introduction

I can’t find the installation package for the product CA File Master plus 12.0 on Broadcom Download Management page. When I try to download link via the Support Page, there is a mention that our Site ID does not have the access.  How can I download the package?

You will get an XML listing with all the product you should be able to download...
