Clarity: Role Investments Capacity Portlet Error 500 is generated when exporting to excel

Issue/Introduction

Description:

The Resource Planning Capacity page is generating an error message when the user performs an export to excel action.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Clarity 13.0.1 go to Home, Resource Management: Resource Planning
2. Click on the 'Capacity' tab
3. Click on 'Resource Allocation icon
4. From the Options icon (looks like a gear wheel), select 'Export to Excel (Data Only)'

 

Expected Result: Export to Excel action is successful
Actual Result: Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.
