How do you copy text in the new Spectrum WebApp?

Issue/Introduction

What are the steps to copy in the new WebApp and the new pop it feature for WebApp?  How come copy and paste does not work?

Environment

Release : Any

Component : OneClick WebApp

Cause

Update to 3rd Party WebApp Swing utility caused a change in the copy/paste functionality.

Resolution

You will need to copy twice.

For Windows clients ctrl+c twice

Mac Clients cmd+c twice

This will put the selection in the copy buffer.

Depending on the browser you use, you may need to press the "Undock from browser" button, and then use ctrl+c or cmd+c twice.

Additional Information

Engineering got confirmation from webswing team that this Clipboard copy (only once Ctrl+C) only works with SSL configuration otherwise it works with twice Ctrl+C.

If the browser "see" the OneClick page over HTTPS/SSL, you will have to hit <Ctrl> + <C> once.

If the browser "see" the OneClick page over HTTP, you will have to hit <Ctrl> + <C> twice.
