When viewing a Knowledge Document, it shows a red cross(X) broken image symbol where the images should be.

This document outlines how to resolve a problem where a red cross(X) broken image symbol is displayed where an image should be on a knowledge document.


To resolve this problem, run the below commands on the Service Desk server:

  • pdm_k_reindex

  • pm - pdm_k_reindex -ml

Once completed, login to Service Desk and view a knowledge document. You should now be able to view the images.
