Issue/Introduction

When the SDC is not reachable all sdc's managed devices are correctly grayed out but all pending alarms (on those devices) are not suppressed.

Environment

Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The Spectrum 10.4.1 online documentation https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/spectrum/10-4-1/managing-network/secure-domain-manager-sdm/installing-and-configuring-secure-domain-manager-processes/SDC-Fault-Isolation.html states that  trap-based major and minor alarms are not suppressed, however for support engineer only "Chassis Down" or "Device not responding to Polls" alarms will be suppressed by "Secure Domain Lost" root cause alarm, so also other alarms related to the RFC2790 monitoring (cpu, memory, processes, file systems) are not suppressed as well.
