Deleting Incomplete Connector Import

After kicking off an import we noticed that there was no disk space available which resulted in the import starting in the "Create" state.  After resolving the disk space issue the import did not resume and remains hung in the Created state.   How can this hung import be removed?


Release : 14.x

Component : GovernanceMinder(Role & Compliance Manager)


1. Set the following property settings under: Home  > Administration  > Settings  > Property Settings

change these two properties to true:


2. Once set you can then purge the import:
Select Home  > Administration  > Settings -> Purge data

Purge type: By document
select import/export/correlation

As you click Next through these screens youll be presented with and can select the items to be purged from the system.
