Netmaster Message Rules missing after Upgrade

Issue/Introduction

I recently upgraded my first Netmaster LPAR to R12.2. Things overall are looking good but I'm missing my Rulesets with all the Message Rules.

I ran the /RAMUTIL.M process.before migrating. 

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component : CA NetMaster Network Management for TCP/IP

Resolution

Message Rules are stored in the IPFILES V. 

If using the hlq..CC2DJCL(C2DINST) REXX EXEC to set up the region, job S06MIGRT is used to migrate IPFILE and other files from 12.1 to 12.2.

This JCL is generally set during region build. If you did not set this up for migration, you will need to manually modify the job to facilitate migration of the IPFILE by adding the 12.1 version of the file as input, uncommenting the relevant SYSIN statements and removing any other data that is not relevant.
