Support for R19 has been extended for six(6) months because of COVID-19. It will begin the day after EOS occurs and will continue for a period of six months. Limited Support will include:TIt will begin the day after EOS(End Of Support) occurs and will continue for a period of six months. Limited Support will include:
1-Direct access to technical support personnel, both online and by telephone
2-Telephone support for Severity 1 issues, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
3-Workarounds, if possible, for issues without a published fix
