Component : CA Datacom/AD

Resolution

Here are the steps to delete the user entities if they have a Datadictionary entity password.

  1. In DDOL, enter option 2 ENTMAINT;
  2. Enter option 4 Delete;
  3. Enter the Entity-type (PERSON), Occurrence-name (the userid), Status (PROD), Password (from a DDUTILTY Index report), Override-code (your DD override);
  4. When the attributes are shown for this user, press PF9 (Apply) (this marks the entity to HIST status).

Perform the above steps using the Status (HIST) entity to remove the HIST entity.
