When running a USS event report the following message was shown multiples times

What does this event mean and how can it be fixed?

Resolution

The R_password 8/12/13 occurs when an ACID (that has the NOPW option)
presents a password that contains one or more blanks.
The 8/12/13 is a normal response, for blanks are considered invalid passwords.
