Step 9 Configure the Single-Sign On SSL scheme and port

 

Run install_path\Portal\SSO\bin\SsoConfig.exe and select options 2 and 4 and receive the message error SSO Service is not available.

Cause

IIS configuration

 

Resolution

The message "error that the SSO Service is not available" is due the IIS configuration on Add Site Binding Hostname field, the correct is lave this filed in blank or inform the correct ADA hostname
