CAAIPApache service unable to start.

Error seen in the Rainier.log file:

Failed to load credentials file <D:\CA\VirtualAssurance\conf\\aipcred.dat>.  Error text <"< expected" in  element <unknown>, defined in line #0

This can be caused by corruption within the aipcred.dat file.

Kill any remaining httpd.exe processes in the task manager.

Rename the aipcred.dat file to aipcred.dat.orig

Execute this command to reconfigure the connection to EEM (CA iTechnology Gateway):

   cd \CA\VirtualAssurance\bin

   dpmutil -set -eiam

Follow instructions to specify the EEM server location, and use the 'eiamadmin' user credentials for authentication.

Start the CAAIPApache service.
