Issue/Introduction

NetOps ver 20.2.1

For any device the Multiview Trend Chart is blank for Util by Rate.  Draws ok for Util by Percent.

If I change the Rate view to Percent, save, then change back to Rate it will draw ok.  But then if I click a different tab and click back to the Top Interface Utilization tab the Rate view is blank again.

Environment

Release : 20.2.1, 3.7.13 and earlier

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Note that this is subject to change, and there are no release dates that can be provided at this time.

Workarounds:

1. Change from calculated to Scale per chart in the view

2. Use two views (one for 'In' and second for 'Out') as the issue is in the way the view is handling bidirectional data.
