Timezones not being displayed correctly on reports

Issue/Introduction

When running reports on the Thick Client and Reporting Engine the timezones for East Coast applications are not reflecting the correct time. 
Currently our AAI server is configured for West Coast.  Our AutoSys Scheduler is also West Coast, but our Tidal Scheduler is East Coast. 
When running reports for our East Coast applications it is not reflecting the correct time.  The reporting should be based on the scheduler time.

Resolution

This has been resolved in AAI 6.4.6 and later with Reporting Server 2.0 and later.
