DC Status Is Set To Not Connected

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the Data Aggregator, the Data Collectors System Status window shows polling status is now set to Not Connected (red).  The Configuration Status and Overall Status columns are green.  Prior to the Data Aggregator upgrade everything was green.  

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management any version

Cause

Data Aggregator upgrade.

Resolution

You must upgrade the Data Collectors to NetOps 20.2.  After the Data Collector(s) are upgraded the Polling Status will change to Collecting Data (green).  During the upgrade you will see the Overall Status column change from Connected then Upgrading and back again to Connected.
