This document outlines which encryption methods that certificates used in CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 support.

Solution:

CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 supports certificates that use SHA-1 and RSA1024 encryption.

Certificates that use SHA-2 and RSA2048 encryption are not supported in CA Service Desk Manager 12.7.
