We started facing issue where API password is getting locked. When accessing the API, it is giving following error message.
account locked, login to website to unlock
We have changed the master account recently, and we have set the new APM password successfully.

Component : CA APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR (WATCHMOUSE)
We see the following message in the audit log.

Note IP address <IP-Address> caused API access lock
Please investigate which component is using the API password on host <IP-Address>.
Since we have changed the master account and also set the new API password, this we need to adjust the master account and new API password for the component that is using the master account and the API password on host <IP-Address>.
