Issue/Introduction

How to define a path name using lowercase when HFSSEC is activated? 

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

If MIXCASE is not displayed on the RDT entry, it is upper case.
If  MIXCASE is required on those lpars,  will need to change the RDT entry for HFSSEC to MIXCASE.

Any existing permits for upper case resource names in the HFSSEC resource class that  want in mixed case will need to be redone after changing the RDT entry to MIXCASE.

TSS REP(RDT) RESCLASS(HFSSEC)  ATTR(MIXED)

Then list out the RDT entry will see:

ATTRIBUTE = MASKABLE,MAXOWN(26),MAXPERMIT(255),ACCESS,MIXCASE
