"Unsupported Filter" Error while retrieving Incident list from SDM mobile app

Issue/Introduction

Getting "Unsupported Filter.Please Contact your Administrator" error while trying to get Incident list from SDM mobile app, as per below screenshot


And log have error lines as below:

Error retrieving a collection of 'in' resources. com.ca.sdm.dal.PersistenceException: com.ca.sdm.bop.BPMessagingException: com.ca.sdm.bop.BPMessagingException: 
syntax error, unexpected IN_TOKEN, expecting $end or UNION at Call_Req ... in {http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8050/caisd-rest/in/?size=10&&SORT=last_mod_dt%20DESC&WC=type%20%3D%20%27I%27&_dc=1593072981220&page=1&start=1&limit=10} 

 

-> Similar error message as above is seen while trying to create Incident ticket from mobile app. 

-> There will be no issue while creating Request ticket or getting request tickets list.

Environment

Release :17.2
Component: Service Desk Manager

Resolution

Issue is seen in 17.2.0.6 version.
It has been fixed in 17.2.0.8.
