Getting "Unsupported Filter.Please Contact your Administrator" error while trying to get Incident list from SDM mobile app, as per below screenshot
And log have error lines as below:

-> Similar error message as above is seen while trying to create Incident ticket from mobile app.
-> There will be no issue while creating Request ticket or getting request tickets list.
