Issue/Introduction
When exporting some Spectrum reports in Excel format, the start and end times are in an incorrect format and in some cases start time is in a different format to the end time. See below:
e.g. in the above example
The Start Time is in 24hr format with an appended a 'MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS a' (e.g. 06/7/2020 10:09:14 a) the End Time is in the correct format 'MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS AM/PM'
The following reports are known to have the issue in both start and end time:
- Alarm Log: Group - Alarm Log: All
The reports below only have the format issue with the start time:
- Outage Log: All Devices - Outage Log: Group
Environment
Spectrum 10.4.x JasperSoft Report server 6.4.3
Resolution
This is a known defect and a fix will be included in patches 10.4.1 BMP_2 as well as 10.4.2 BMP_1
