User moves eHealth from Windows to Linux server and still using the same ip as the Windows, then discontinued the Windows's eHealth.
User has unlimit license.dat.
When user tries to start the eHealth server, user could not start it.

User checked the $NH_HOME/lmgr/license.log file, found this error:

19:48:28 (ccilmgrd) EXTERNAL FILTERS are OFF
19:48:28 (ccilmgrd) Vendor daemon can't talk to lmgrd (Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,570:115 "Operation now in progress"))
19:48:28 (ccilmgrd) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 37 Exit reason 5
19:48:28 (lmgrd) ccilmgrd exited with status 37 (Communications error)
19:48:28 (lmgrd) Please correct problem and restart daemons

Cause of the problem:

This problem is due to current linux machine's ip address is conflicting with the /etc/hosts file.
User needs to stop eHealth server, stop eHealth web and lmgr server, then edit /etc/hosts file to fix conflicted ip address.

Then restart lmgr server and check $NH_HOME/lmgr/license.log file to make sure above error gone.

Once done that, user can restart the eHealth server and eHealth web.
