Issue/Introduction

Security violations received for CASECAUT(TSSCMD.ADMIN.MODIFY) when issuing the following commands on the console:

1. Issuing a F TSS,ST 

2. P TSS followed by a 'T' for a temporary shutdown, produces the violations and the shutdown still continues even though the violation is received.
