Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to configure in Automic to communicate SMTP server by using TLS/SSL connection while sending email ?

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

It is not possible to configure in Automic to communicate SMTP server by using TLS/SSL connection while sending email in versions 21.0.5 or below.  21.0.6 and above are able to.  Please see the What's New in 21.0.6 that has information on using SMTPS
