We have issues in ASM and needs to reset the API Password for following ID: <email-address> as we have lost the correct password.

Customers need to contact Technical support team to send them password reset link.
The customer did not had access to original ID: <email-address> any more.
We changed email ID from old <email-address> to new <email-address> as Master Account for this site.
We sent a new password reset link, and we setup new password for ASM UI.
Then we sent a new password reset link for API password, and we setup new password for API.
We tested login and it is working good for both ASM UI and API for user: new <email-address>
