Issue/Introduction

Can Maileater save email attachments in MSG format instead of the default EML format?

 

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.x

Resolution

Out of box, the Maileater component of CA SDM saves email attachments in EML format.

There is currently no configuration setting within SDM to change the format to MSG.
