Accented and special characters are not displaying properly within Identity Portal.
You will observe codes such as î within the text where there should be accented characters.
Known bug:
When a form is in read-only mode, the message property value is not bound as HTML to the page, instead the HTML encoded string is displayed as it is. Fixed it by binding the message property value to the page, thus the encoded string is automatically decoded by the browser and the codes appear as characters.
