Issue/Introduction

Description:

When using IE to access CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM), expand/collapse bar on list screens is being displayed in the wrong place and covering some of the data when IE is not at Full Screen.

Solution:

This problem occurs when IE is not in Full Screen/Maximize mode.

To resolve this display behavior, add the CA SDM URL to the IE Compatibility View list.

Within IE, this can be achieved by accessing TOOLS -> COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS
