The Stakeholders Notify List is used to update the contacts or groups to be notified whenever the ticket has update activity. You can view the Stakeholders Notify List when opening any ticket type, including incidents, problems, requests, change orders.

How to get the list of Incidents where I am a member of the Stakeholders Notify List?


The example below is given for incidents:

Create a Stored Query (Type Request) with the text below and save it: = AND active = 1 AND type =\'I\' 

Note: You can use this Stored Query in a scoreboard node for the user.
