Issue/Introduction

Scenario:

When a calendar is set up that has next run for Test_Job for next month on 2020/08/01 22:00:00.000 CDT, but there is a following warning in the jaws log file (name of the job and time may vary):

WARN  [LatencyGenerator] no next run day in calendar; job: Test_Job; run: 2020/08/01 22:00:00.000 CDT

Question: What does this warning mean and how to mitigate it?

Resolution

Latency generator calculates at a statistics generator run. Since the next run is too far in the future (a month, but time can vary), and outside of the runtime window, such warnings are totally normal. That is essentially a warning that the forecast is out of prediction window, and can be safely ignored.
