Eclipse UI - Unable to ADD if an element already exists at the entry stage

Issue/Introduction

Using the Eclipse UI version 18.1.4.
Unable to add an element if that element already exists at the entry stage, get this error message
C1G0024E  THE ELEMENT WAS ALREADY PRESENT AT xxxxxxx

Environment

Release : 18.0

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Issue fixed in Endevor Eclipse UI plugin 18.1.6. 
Update the add/create action as a part of multiple add feature. UI plugin will perform update request if there is such an element present in the project entry stage. 
No duplicate elements allowed in one batch of multiple add action.
