When trying to access Clarity through SSO, user receives a 400 error stating Password_Expired
User is able to access other applications via OKTA so the password is not expired
Error: 400 Your request results in an error. Error code: PASSWORD_EXPIRED

If the user is getting Password Expired error while accessing the SSO URL, then the user is locked
As a tenant admin, log in to Okta and unlock the affected users.
