Issue/Introduction

Post Roll-Up 09 patch installation we have facing attachment issue. Whenever we are open .pdf attachment its open on same page and we cant get back or not able to check other attachment.

Release : 17.1 Roll-Up 09

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

# Stop Service desk services. 
#From Command prompt Execute :   pdm_options_mgr -c -s attach_force_save_dialog -v 1 -a pdm_option.inst 
#From Command prompt Execute :   pdm_options_mgr -c -s attach_force_save_dialog -v 1 -a pdm_option.inst -t
# Start Service desk Services.
