Get the following error:

2020-07-14 11:54:32,472 TAM0013E: Could not successfully call Service Desk server. Machine name parsing exception.java.lang.ArrayInd

exOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 1

Component : CCS390 - CA COMMON SERVICES FOR Z/OS

Resolution

TAM OPTIONS record in ACF2 was not properly refreshed. Thus, TAMz in the system was not getting a NIMHOST value passed, and SJVM was throwing the indicated TAM00013E message and associated Java Exception.

TAM OPTIONS record must always have a NIMHOST value, at this time.

After updating the control TAM record OPTIONS, ensure that the options record is refreshed using the following command:
F ACF2,REFRESH(OPTIONS),TYPE(TAM)
