Issue/Introduction

Automic Admin cannot save options when updating a Worklflow:

1. Select Workflow
2. Highlight the Workflow
3. Click on Properties
4. Click on the Runtime Tab
5. Attempt to unselect or select the field "Execute another task if runtime is above or below the expected value" under the section "Actions on Runtime Deviations"
6. Click Save

Actual Results: Changes not saved when reopening the Job Plan Object again
Expected Results:  Saves should be changed

Using the old Java UI you can update and save the changes
